Library
Rulebooks are uploaded once into a global catalog shared across every campaign. The Library lists every rulebook in that catalog and lets this campaign's referee choose which of those books this campaign actually uses. A book must be enabled here before it appears in this campaign's rulebook search.
- Title / Category / Edition
- Metadata describing the rulebook, set by the administrator who imported it.
- Enabled
- Whether this campaign uses the book. When on, the referee can find it in rulebook search. Turning it off also clears Player Searchable for that book.
- Player Searchable
- Of the enabled books, which are also visible to players — anonymous, not-logged-in visitors. This app has no separate player-account system; "not logged in" is the player role. A book can't be player-searchable without also being enabled; switching this on enables the book automatically if it wasn't already.
Not Seeing a Book?
Only rulebooks an administrator has marked Searchable and finished importing appear here. If a book you expect is missing, ask an administrator to check its status in the rulebook catalog.
